Activating existing places and assets

We know better than anyone that every place is different. We've worked on all kinds of assets: from shops to shopping centres, carparks to office towers. In order to make these places work better for you, your customers and guests, we will produce a tailored Experience Masterplan. This strategic document recommends light-weight placemaking improvements and activation initiatives that will transform the place experience and drive commercial outcomes.


To understand the specific needs of your asset, we'll organise a site visit, run a goal-setting workshop, design an Experience Masterplan and run a feasibility assessment on your selected directions before breaking down a budget and implementation plan.

Delivering ongoing activation


In 2018 we created a dedicated place management company to oversee the roll-out of activation strategies in precincts and assets. Our partner in place activation, The Place Agency, provides on-the-ground project management support to deliver the build, installation and ongoing management of activations, no matter the size and scale. 


They work with your development, marketing and leasing teams to program and manage ongoing activity that continues to boost the profile of your asset, attract visitors, engage new operators and improve the place experience.
