A pop-up food strategy for Australia's fourth largest shopping centre
The Space Agency was engaged by GPT Group to investigate the potential for new pop-up food ventures in Highpoint Shopping Centre.
The Space Agency conducted a site feasibility analysis to determine which locations in the Centre could best accommodate pop-up food vendors, ensuring they would meet Council requirements and be enticing to operators, compiling these insights to create a Place Experience Masterplan.
The Space Agency then investigated Highpoint's relationship with food and food businesses in Melbourne's west to determine its place positioning, and established an authentic narrative for growing the food profile of the centre.
